Tinna C. Nielsen and Lisa Kepinski are the Founders of the Inclusion Nudges global empowerment initiative. They developed the Inclusion Nudges change & behavioral design approach based on their backgrounds in behavioral and social science; their experiences as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officers in multinational companies; and award winning global change makers. Tinna and Lisa are world-acclaimed experts in applying insights from behavioral and social sciences to design impactful solutions and change behaviors, cultures, processes and systems in organizations and society. They frequently speak at conferences, designs and delivers learning sessions, coaches leaders, advises organizations, conducts research, and writes. Their clients are from all sectors and industries, some of the world’s largest multinationals and businesses, as well as NGOs, governments, universities, and change makers.
