‘”The arrival of the vaccines can be a catalyst for valuable dialogue about how risk-taking and ethics play into an organization’s culture,” she wrote. “By analyzing how leaders and employees feel about different kinds of risks and what they are willing to tolerate, companies can assess how cohesive their teams are. With comments from moral philosopher David Rodin and Ethical Systems executive director Alison Taylor, the article details some of the questions business leaders should be asking in order to make ethical risk decisions about vaccines –and how the resulting conversations can have benefits beyond reducing health risks.
